Experienced
Richard Davies, the Senior Partner, has over 30 years experience specialising primarily in family law. He is a prominent practitioner in this area and conducts many complex, high net worth cases often involving an international element. He is co-author of “Matrimonial Proceedings” (Cavendish Publishing).
Although based in the Wirral, we act for clients worldwide including high net worth clients on a range of complex matters. We pride ourselves in fighting for the cause of our clients. We treat each case on its merits and adopt a flexible approach, as no two cases are ever the same.
At your service
We know that the running of your case is important to you. Whether this is a divorce; preparing a will or administration of a loved one’s estate; a sale, purchase or re-mortgage of a property we offer a prompt and sympathetic service designed to achieve the best result for you.
We undertake work on a privately funded basis and do not undertake Community Legal Funding (Legal Aid). However, we can refer publicly funded clients to a local firm who will be able to help.
